Terms and Conditions
Get Up and Go! aim to provide the highest quality classes for all our customers.
Participating in a Get Up and Go! session is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Get Up and Go LTD, your local franchise or its employees
Payment can be made via our online booking system
The classes are non-refundable. However, if you wish to transfer your remaining sessions to a friend you can do this by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org or notifying your session leader (the child the session is transferred to must be in the same session age bracket)
Holidays and Sickness policy
No refund or discount can be offered for holidays or sickness. These sessions need to continue running in your absence and due to the nature of block bookings, we cannot cancel individual sessions. However, as per our refunds policy, you may transfer your session to a friend by notifying the class leader (the child the session is transferred to must be in the same session age bracket)
A parent or guardian must be present at all times during the session. The class leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time. Unfortunately, older siblings cannot attend the sessions
Cancellations of sessions policy
Get Up and Go! will only cancel sessions if necessary. We may cancel due to safety concerns such as bad weather or sickness of the class leader. Parents/guardians will always be notified of any changes and an additional class will be offered. If the additional class is unsuitable then you may have a refund for that class.
Due to the nature of Get Up and Go!, it is imperative that we follow a strict illness policy. We kindly ask that we are notified if a child has come down with a contagious illness within 24 hours of our class so that other parents can be informed. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered. Again, you may transfer a class to a friend.
Furthermore, please keep your child at home if they have:
- Had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
- Has heavy discharging eyes or nose
- Has had a fever in the previous 24 hours
Or has any symptoms of any of the following illnesses:
- Chicken Pox
- Hand, foot and mouth disease
- Scarlett Fever
- Whooping cough
- German measles
Get Up and Go! will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR guidlines. Information will not be passed onto a third party unless you have opted-in during the booking process.
